• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Post-Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order value will be applied, as orders may have already entered processing.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery. After this period, orders are considered final and refunds will not be issued. Returns and refunds are allowed under the following conditions:
