5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

While our Services may not be primarily designed for public posting, you might have opportunities to submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback (“Contributions”). When you submit Contributions, you agree that they will be treated as non-confidential and you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your Contributions for any purpose without any compensation to you.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By providing feedback or any Contributions, you grant pngmarket the right to access, store, process, and use such information without any obligation to you. You retain ownership of your Contributions, but by submitting them, you waive any moral rights and permit us to use them in any lawful manner.

We reserve the right to manage the Services in a manner that we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Monitoring for violations of these Legal Terms.

• Managing the Services to ensure optimal performance and security.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Legal Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Legal Terms will immediately cease.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. While we strive to maintain continuous access to the Services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will not be liable for any modifications, interruptions, or discontinuation of the Services.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations:
Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting each other in writing.

Binding Arbitration:
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration organization. Arbitration will be conducted individually and not as part of a class or collective action, except as allowed by applicable law.

Exceptions:
Certain disputes, such as those concerning intellectual property rights or claims for injunctive relief, may be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. CORRECTIONS

Despite our efforts to ensure the accuracy of the Services, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information on the Services at any time without prior notice.

These Legal Terms, along with any policies or operating rules posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and pngmarket regarding your use of the Services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Legal Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Nothing in these Legal Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and pngmarket. These Legal Terms will not be construed against us because we drafted them.
